The Compulite online computer support program is your assurance we care about your business.
It allows your Compulite technician to remotely control the user’s desktop through
the use of Microsoft Internet Explorer. As long as the user is able to browse the
internet, Compulite personnel will be able to log on remotely to the user’s desktop
and perform troubleshooting. E-support greatly improves response time and lowers
the cost of onsite end-user support for you our client.
Compulite e-support includes:
- Daily off-site monitoring; validation of the internet connection, complete
review of the backup log, UPS status.
- Weekly Monitoring; review the firewall logs, anti-virus logs, initiate
any Windows security updates, review system and application event logs on the
server, review server storage requirement, server performance, server processor
utilization, memory usage, disk activity.
- Off-Site Preventive Maintenance; security patch updates and windows maintenance.
- Online HELP DESK system for tracking all support with you.
- A bi-monthly review of your IT system and your support logs.
